Justin Frese is the Assistant Superintendent for Sonoma Valley Unified School District. In this role, he manages a $40 million dollar budget and oversees a dizzying number of departments – from Business Services to Technology to Maintenance & Operations, Transportation, Food Service, Custodial, and Grounds. Before he entered the business of school, he spent six years with GE Capital. It goes without saying that Justin is our point man on issues of finance and accounting.
